People Operations Manager

As a People Ops Manager, you are responsible for the overall performance of the function across the organization as you support our Operations, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Technology teams. This role will require you to transition between strategic planning and operational execution as we build a platform for rapid growth across our Central and Western Regions. It will also require an understanding of organizational design, employee forecasting, and the ability facilitate the hiring, training, and development of a best-in-class team. Most importantly, you will be the face of People Operations as you engage with employees, develop your team, and build a culture aligned with Integritek’s mission, vision, and values.


What You Do:

  • Develop people-related strategies that support Integritek’s overall vision as well as the policies, processes, and procedures required to implement those initiatives across the organization
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the department to include hiring and onboarding, compensation and benefits, employee relations, talent management, compliance enforcement, and risk mitigation
  • Support employee training, development, and performance management
  • Identify and implement action plans that help raise employee productivity, boost engagement, and improve retention 
  • Own the employee experience and continually seek ways to make Integritek a best-in-class place to work



  • BS in related field with 4+ years of work experience in people operations, including 3+ years in a managerial role
  • Knowledgeable on State and Federal employment law; SHRM / PHR / SPHR certification preferred
  • Able to handle sensitive information with a high degree of integrity and confidentiality
  • Skilled in human resource planning, communication, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Results-oriented and strategy-focused approach to the leadership and management of people
